Letter restrictions

In administration select the group you want to restrict.

Select Rights.

The select Form Letters – for Workers’ Compensation it is task 68

Turn

Select Unrestricted     

Then Save.


 

The in the application, logged in as an Administrator and open any claim and click on form letters.

 

Select Administer

 

Select the form you want to grant access to, then add the group.

Note: As long as the users are not in any other group with unrestricted on,  this will restrict them from any forms not setup this way.

This also restricts the users view in history to just those form letters.
