The ATS System is designed to store all the information necessary to track claims so they may be settled as easily and quickly as possible. Entering a New Claim The ATS System recognizes that there are two types of claims; primary and secondary. For example, suppose a number of people are injured in the same accident. There would be one primary claim. All others would be considered as secondary claims.
