Diary

More than just reminders. It's automated workfow at it's best.

Diaries may be entered manually to remind an operator of something to do. They can be copied to another user or notes. They may also include an approval action or form to complete.

Auto Review Diaries can also be generated by the system for the adjuster and/or supervisor based upon the type of claim and the user-defined time period.

Other Diaries may also be generated by the system to ensure that appropriate actions are taken. For example, rules can be defined to identify claims that have not had any financial transactions in a specified time period and should possibly be closed, incidents that have been open for a specific number of days or claims that have been batched and should be submitted to the ISO for possible fraud detection.
